4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for our Services. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SureLeadFlow, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Services or maintain an account with us.

13.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website or by contacting us at contact@sureleadflow.com. If you terminate your account, you will still be responsible for all fees accrued before the termination date.

We may terminate or suspend your account and your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
